Living Word of Hope CBO

Care for the whole child.

A home, an education, healthcare and spiritual guidance, plus the patience to walk with each child until they can stand on their own.

More than a roof and a meal.

Children arrive at our gate carrying more than a school bag. Some have lost both parents. Some have lived on the streets. Many have never been told that they are worth protecting.

Our work begins with safety: a bed, a warm meal, and adults who are glad to see them. Then we stay: through school terms, hospital visits, difficult behaviour and quiet breakthroughs, until a young person is ready to stand on their own.

  • A safe, stable, family-style home
  • School fees, uniforms, books and tutoring
  • Healthcare, counselling and nutritious meals
  • Faith, mentorship and life-skills training

How a child finds their way home.

Every child's path is different, but our care follows the same steady rhythm.

A bed, a warm meal and adults who are glad to see them.

02

Counselling, healthcare and the quiet consistency that trauma needs.

A stronger home needs a stronger community.

Our work does not stop at our gate. We support 10 widows who face economic and social hardship, walk alongside teenage mothers who need encouragement and practical help, and run a community lunch programme for neighbours facing hunger.

When the families around us are stable, children are safer.

  • Practical support for 10 widows
  • Encouragement for teenage mothers
  • A community lunch programme
  • Help for vulnerable neighbours
